What exactly is guaranteed?
If you complete our program and don’t score 645 or higher on your official GMAT, we’ll continue working with you at no additional cost until you do.
This includes continued course access and at least one live tutoring session to identify what’s holding you back.
What if I don’t complete the course?
The guarantee only applies if all assigned coursework and practice tests are completed. Partial completion voids the guarantee.
Why is the score guarantee only available on the 6-month plan?
The score guarantee is designed for students who are committed to completing the full program and giving themselves enough time to improve.
The 6-month plan provides the structure and flexibility needed to make the guarantee meaningful and fair.
Why doesn’t the monthly plan include the guarantee?
The monthly plan is designed for short-term or exploratory use.
The score guarantee requires sustained study, full curriculum completion, and follow-through — which the 6-month plan is designed to support.
Can I start on the monthly plan and upgrade later?
Yes. You may upgrade to the 6-month plan at any time.
To qualify for the guarantee:
- You must upgrade before completing the program
- Your baseline score must have been submitted within 7 days of original enrollment
Why do I need to submit my baseline score within 7 days?
We require baseline scores to be submitted within 7 days of enrollment to keep the score guarantee fair and meaningful for everyone.
This ensures:
- Your baseline accurately reflects your starting level
- Everyone is held to the same standard
- The guarantee isn’t affected by studying that happens after enrollment
Most students already have a recent score, and 7 days provides enough time to submit it without rushing. After this window, scores can no longer be used for the guarantee — but you’re still welcome to complete the program and improve your score.
What happens if I don’t reach 645?
If you meet all requirements and score below 645:
- Your baseline accurately reflects your starting level
- A personalized study plan
- At least one live tutoring session
- Ongoing support until you improve

No. This is a results guarantee , not a refund policy.

How long do I have to take the GMAT?
